After spending several years at KTMC from the beginning of the Club, 
I am extremely grateful for the friendly atmosphere of the people 
there. There are people from all generations who have different career 
and professions. But there is no sense of seniority among the members.
Our members mix welland exchange conversation and communication. 

It is probably because that Toastmaster has originated in USA and embraces
somehow the American culture in itself. Induction ceremony for the new 
members, the selection method and installation ceremony of new officers
or shaking hands before and after the speech are certainly reflecting 
American style of conducting the meeting. 

In addition to the public speaking training in different styles, I also 
learned their way of running the club organization, which I consider very
valuable. Therefore, taking part in the administrative work by becoming 
an officer was also a good training for me.

As all the exchange of mails is in English through PC, writing English 
mails has become natural for me and minimum PC operating capacity 
has been acquired, thanks to KTMC.
