.

gThough table topics speech is difficult, come to think of it, everyday in our life we talk with people and our every day conversation is impromptu, isnft it?  We do not have any scripts to talk with people in our daily communication.  Therefore, in order to improve the quality of our daily communication, I believe table topics session is very useful, too.h ---TM Naruke

Aug. 28, 2004 Tokyo Sightseeing Bus Tour in English
That summer we had a sightseeing bus tour around downtown Tokyo instead of the customary camp which we had had last five years. Being guided in English brought us a fresh view of our familiar city. And the guide's professional English talk was so witty that we enjoyed it as much as our Joke Sessions.
Here's the detail written by one of the participants
.

"The first destination was Tokyo Tower. We could enjoy a panoramic view of Tokyo from its main observatory in spite of a drizzle. We drove by the National Diet Building. A short photo stop at the outer garden of the Palace was provided, too. Then we went to Asakusa Kannon Temple. Unexpectedly we happened to see the parade of the 24th Samba Carnival. Finallly we got off the bus in the center of Ginza. The taste of beer at Beer Hall in Ginza was particularly good for us. We had a gorgeous "after 5" meeting in a warm and friendly atmosphere. I can't help thinking how we are happy to have such nice friends to share precious time with outside of regular meetings in Fujisawa." ---TM Hamai
